This remodel of the Vancouver Athletic Club involved a comprehensive transformation of an existing commercial gym. Collaborating closely with an out-of-state design firm, Brothers Building managed the coordination and execution of various structural and aesthetic updates. We rebuilt the front entrance and foyer, adding electronic turnstile entry points for seamless access control. New walls were framed, accented with custom shiplap millwork, and previously solid stone walls were enhanced with new windows, allowing natural light to revitalize the space. Our team also completed a full rewiring and implemented a new lighting plan, custom painting, and HVAC upgrades to modernize the facility for both functionality and style.
